AMCS is an exclusively online practice. The advantages of online counselling can be many. Research has demonstrated that many clients find online counselling just as effective, and in some cases, more effective, than counselling in person.

There are multiple reasons for this, most notably that for some people not being face to face can feel safer, and can offer a greater sense of empowerment in the counselling relationship, which may also expedite the counselling process.

There are practical benefits as well – not dealing with the stress and time of driving and parking or of public transport to and from, of being in the comfort of your familiar environment, and offering accessibility from all over Australia, New Zealand, and beyond.

Fees are $100 per 60-minute session.

AMCS is currently only accepting new clients on Saturdays, when the practice is open from 9:00am to 6:00pm (last appointment 5:00pm).
